TEC Mold will participate the EuroMold2011 in Frankfurt Germany from Nov.29th to Dec.2nd and our booth number is F100C in Hall 9.

 FUF Tooling Industry Co., Limited was established in Bao‘an district ,Shenzhen in Feb, 2005. Our company adhered to People-centered, quality first, continuous improvement, ever-lasting innovation and sustainable management policy. In the mold manufacturing and injection industry, we gains good reputation and establishes good and mutually beneficial relationship with our suppliers, customers and service providers. After about 8 years’ continuous growth, it grows up now more than 160 staffs, including 50 skilled engineers. And now, the factory covers 5000 square meters.

Our main business:
 
1. Tool Design and Mould Making
We specialize in designing and manufacturing upto 2000*1600mm size plastic injection mould, complex structure mould & high precision terminal mould for automotive, household appliance and precision products. We're well equiped with high speed CNC, mirror EDM & precision wire cutting machines etc.
 
2. Injection Moulding & Secondary Processing
We have 18 sets of precision injection machines from 50T to 470T in our injection molding factory. We mainly produce plastic part for printer, high precision terminals etc. We also provide secondary operation service, such as painting, printing ,ultra-sonic welding and assembly.
 
3. Part Design & Product Optimization
We also working with our client for part design, helping them to improve the part structure based on our knowledge etc.
 
FUF Tooling gains the ISO9001-2008 certificate, and were strictly implementing ISO management system through total empolyee involvement. We are familiar with the exporting mould standard. Now more than 80% of our injection molds & molded parts are exported to Europe, North America, Australia & Japan.
